Blind Purchase Policy
All sales are final when fragrances are purchased without prior sampling (“blind buying”). Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these purchases. We recommend reviewing each scent’s description and notes carefully—or asking if sample sizes are available—before making your decision.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or the product is defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or full refund once the issue is verified.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, exchanges are not available for blind-bought items. Each order is made to your specific request, so we cannot offer swaps once a fragrance has been opened or used.
How to Return a Damaged Item
To initiate a return, contact our support team and include your order number along with details and clear photos of the issue. Returns and replacements are processed once the original product has been received and inspected at our facility. Please allow 7–10 business days for completion.
Shipping Responsibility
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged on arrival. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
Sale & Discounted Items.
